– George Andreas
Artist and studio founder George Andreas eschewed cramped, poorly lit spaces for showing art. It was his belief that art needed to “breathe” to truly be appreciated. In 2003, he decided to close the Georgetown gallery in favor of a modern, open and airy 10,000 square-foot studio in Dulles, Virginia. His vision was to create a gallery optimized for enjoying art on either an intimate or a grand scale.
At Andreas Studio one can stand back and take in large canvases from afar; enjoy a memorable evening of art appreciation with a small gathering of friends; or attend an exhibition with one or two hundred guests without being pressed elbow to elbow.
Beautifully designed, decorated and with state-of-the art appointments, Andreas Studio features an elegant Main Gallery with high ceilings, ceramic flooring and custom art lighting. The Grand Showcase space, with its two-story ceiling and commercial-sized open concept design, is ideal for viewing larger canvases, sculptures or special exhibits.
Located approximately 30-minutes from Washington, DC, Andreas Studio is easily accessible to Dulles Airport and the Toll Road.
